Can I order by phone?

If you need any help with your order, or if you want to place your order by phone, please call us at 1-866-590-0080. Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday 7:00am - 7:00pm CST.

How long will it take to receive my order?

You should receive your products within 10-12 business days from the time we receive your order.

Who do I call to check on status?

We typically ship your order within 5 - 7 business days upon receipt of all order information, so you will not normally need to check on status. If you provide us your email, we will send you email shipment notification. However you are welcome to call us for any reason at 1-866-590-0080. Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday 7:00am - 7:00pm CST.

What are the areas of a check that can be personalized?

There are several areas of a check that can be personalized. Areas include routing & transit number, account number, and starting check number. Please see image below for details.

For security reasons we do not allow changes over the web to the routing number or account number from a previous order. If you need to make a change to these areas either create a new order from our online catalog or call us at 1-866-590-0080.

Why do I have to include a voided check or MICR spec sheet from my bank?

The MICR Line (Magnetic Ink Character Recognition) is the series of numbers and symbols at the bottom of your check. We require a voided check or MICR spec sheet to help protect you from fraud and to make sure your order is processed accurately.

Don't I have to order checks from my bank?

You can order checks anywhere you choose. Our checks are convenient to order, meet all bank requirements, and are priced very competitively.

How safe is it to order from Melaleuca Business Branding Tools?

Ordering from Melaleuca Business Branding Tools is extremely safe. Our checks have special features, including Chemically Sensitive Paper, Padlock Icon, Microprint Signature Line and Check Safe Backer.

Did the order I just placed go through?

Within 24 hours you should receive a confirmation at the e-mail address you provided. If you do not, it is possible that the e-mail address was entered incorrectly or that your order was not received.

I received only part of my order. When will the rest arrive?

It is not uncommon for the check boxes and label orders to become separated in the postal process by as much as ten business days.

I just opened a new account. What documentation do I need to order checks?

Please have a temporary check (not a deposit slip) in front of you for reference while ordering. Your check information MUST match the records on file at your financial institution. All orders are subject to verification. Please review all information you have entered, double-checking against the information on your existing checks. For your security, if the information you have provided is not accurate, the processing of your order will be delayed.

Why don't you print checks for foreign accounts?

This is due to differences in the way bank information is printed on the checks.

What if I don't have a voided check to send in with my order?

Go to your bank and ask them for a "specification sheet" which includes your transit routing number, account number along and the correct format for the account.

Will you process my order if I don't include a deposit slip?

If you select and submit the 'Quick Submit' identification information you will not need to send a deposit slip, voided check, or reorder slip. The checks I received have different numbers on them than the voided check I submitted with my order. Are they okay to use? Many bank changes are updated in our system. Please call your bank to verify any changes in their routing and/or account numbers. If we have made a mistake, we will gladly reprint your checks. Please use our Contact Us page if needed.

What should I do if I know there are changes occurring at my bank?

Contact our Customer Service Department via the Contact Us page. Our representatives can confirm if we have the changes in our systems. If we do not have these changes on file, we may ask you to obtain and send additional documentation from your bank with your order.

How many lines of information are allowed on checks?

We are able to print five lines, 35 characters each, in the upper left corner.

Is it possible to print a five-digit check number on my checks?

At this time we are not able to print a five-digit check number.

Placing an Order

Select a design to begin creating a personalized product. First, select an order quantity. Then, enter your name and contact information. Customize each line and instantly view your design with our live preview. If you are not satisfied with the options selected, experiment with other type styles, ink color, and line placement. Change your personalization and preview again. When you have completed the personalization and preview process, select an order quantity, approve and add to your shopping cart.

Ordering online is fast, easy and secure. Once you complete your order, we will automatically offer you a printable receipt and send an order confirmation to your e-mail address.

Is it safe to order checks using this web site? Is my credit card information safe?

Yes. We use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection on the pages where you record personal and payment information. Look for the lock at the bottom of your browser to indicate a secure connection.

Returns

If you have received your order and it is damaged or defective in any way, please let us know and we will replace it immediately. If you have received your order and feel that the personalization is not accurate to your online preview, we will be glad to re-print your order at no additional charge. We believe in our products and back them up with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, call us for a full refund.

Cancellations

We apologize, but we are unable to change or cancel an order online. Please call 1-866-590-0080 and speak with a representative for further assistance.

Order Tracking

Obtain the status of your order by using the Order Status page. You will be asked to provide the Order # and your email address used at the time the order was placed. If you need further assistance to obtain your order status please call us at 1-866-590-0080. Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday 7:00am - 7:00pm CST. Please note that each order item may arrive on separate days.

Customization & Cancellation Policy

Customization Policy

We reserve the right to refuse to print or produce any customized features on products that do not meet our quality guidelines. Customized features may include but are not limited to: artwork or graphics, text message lines, and other text that may occur within names, titles, slogans, addresses, phone numbers or email addresses.

Cancellation Policy

All on-line orders are submitted to production immediately to provide the most timely service possible. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled after they are submitted.

Sales Tax

Federal law requires that tax be collected on all orders being shipped to addresses within the U.S.

Canadian Orders

For orders shipping to Canada, prices do not include duties and taxes, which are paid by the recipient. Please note: Payment currency is in US Dollars only.
